【摘要】醫(yī)院要想在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的醫(yī)療市場(chǎng)中立于不敗之地，必須培育以科技管理和創(chuàng)新為中心的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，形成自身獨(dú)特的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，并順應(yīng)時(shí)代的發(fā)展潮流，發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì)，優(yōu)化資源配置，提高科技持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力。文章介紹了無錫市人民醫(yī)院在建設(shè)科研管理、技術(shù)管理的創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)方面的工作情況及取得的成效。
