【摘要】 探討優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)在醫(yī)院改革中的成效,通過在腫瘤專科醫(yī)院實(shí)施優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理活動(dòng)，采取績(jī)效改革、崗位管理結(jié)合公立醫(yī)院改革的特點(diǎn)和要求，總結(jié)醫(yī)院優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)，分析優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)開展過程中的問題與挑戰(zhàn)，指出將優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)視為整個(gè)醫(yī)院行為，加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和行政監(jiān)督，進(jìn)行人力資源優(yōu)化、改進(jìn)績(jī)效考核、提升團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力、深化與延伸服務(wù)內(nèi)涵是公立醫(yī)院改革之優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必要措施。

【Abstract】 To explore the effecacy of high quality nursing in hospital reform. By implementation of high quality nursing, performance reform and managing position with characters and demands of public hospital reform in a tumor hospital, the author concluded the experience of high quality nursing, analyzed problems and challenges in that process. To sum up, high quality nursing should be treated as an action of the whole hospital. Strengthening leadership and administrative supervision, workforce optimization, improvement of performance assessment, promotion of group cohesiveness, and deepening service connotation are necessity for sustainable development of high quality nursing in public hospital reform.
