免疫組學在臨床診斷治療中的應用研究進展

【摘要】目的 免疫學已逐漸成為當今生命科學的前沿學科。近年來免疫學的發(fā)展日新月異，免疫學的基礎關鍵理論不斷拓展和完善，新型免疫學技術不斷涌現(xiàn)和提升，免疫學在重大臨床發(fā)病機制研究和疾病預防、治療中的應用日漸成熟和深入。本文綜述免疫學在臨床診斷和疾病治療中的研究和應用，對其發(fā)展趨勢進行展望。

【Abstract】Objective Immunology is becoming the frontier subject of life sciences. In recent years, with the rapid development of immunology, the key foundational theory of immunology continues to expand and improve, and new immunological technologies continue to emerge and promoted. The application of immunology in major pathogenesis research and disease prevention and treatment is deepening. This paper mainly summaries the research and application of immunology in the clinical diagnosis and treatment, and prospects the trend of its development.
