公立醫(yī)院責(zé)任文化：文化變革的新方向

【摘要】責(zé)任文化是醫(yī)院文化建設(shè)的重要組成部分，是當前推動新醫(yī)改、增強公立醫(yī)院公益性的重要舉措。本文從制度變遷的視角分析公立醫(yī)院從傳統(tǒng)文化變革到責(zé)任文化的必要性，并結(jié)合案例闡述醫(yī)院責(zé)任文化建設(shè)的可行性。最后提出了增強醫(yī)院責(zé)任文化建設(shè)的建議。

Responsibility culture of public hospitals: new direction of cultural change, Liang Zhiqiang, Southern Medical University, Guangzhou 510515, Guangdong, China
【Abstract】As an important part of the construction of hospital culture, responsibility culture is a significant measure to promote the new health care reform and enhance the public welfare of public hospitals. This paper, based on the view of institutional change, firstly analyzes the necessity of the reform of public hospital culture from traditional culture to responsibility culture. Then feasibility of the construction of hospital responsibility culture is illustrated by the means of case study. Finally some suggestion is put forward to strengthen the construction of the hospital responsibility culture.
