馥感啉口服液治療小兒急性上呼吸道感染53例

【摘要】目的觀察馥感啉口服液治療兒童急性上呼吸道感染的療效及應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法:選擇110例急性上呼吸道感染患兒，隨機(jī)分成治療組和對(duì)照組。治療組給予馥感啉口服液，對(duì)照組應(yīng)用雙黃連口服液，療程3天。觀察兩組治療前后臨床癥狀體征改善情況。結(jié)果治療組脫落2例，對(duì)照組脫落4例；疾病療效，治療組臨床控制率67.92%、總有效率90.57%，對(duì)照組分別為39.22%、70.59%（P＜0.05）；中醫(yī)證候療效，治療組臨床控制率75.47%、總有效率94.34%，對(duì)照組分別為45.10%、74.51%（P＜0.05）；兩組臨床癥狀體征改善情況比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）；治療組比對(duì)照組退熱速度更快，作用更強(qiáng)，維持退熱時(shí)間更長(zhǎng)（P＜0.05）；不良反應(yīng)少而輕。結(jié)論:馥感啉口服液治療兒童急性上呼吸道感染療效顯著，快速安全，具有較高的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Effects of fuganlin liquid treatment of 53 cases with acute upper respiratory infection. Wu Qifu, The Material and Children Health Hospital, Huaying 638600, Sichuan, China
【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect and application value of Fuganlin Liquid on children with acute upper respiratory infection (AURI). Methods One hundred ten AURI children were randomly divided into treatment group (55 cases) and control group (55 cases). Patients in the treatment group were treated with Fuganlin Liquid and in the control group with Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid. All the treatments lasted for 3 days. And then the symptoms and signs were observed and compared. Results Two patients fell off in the treatment group and 4 fell off in the control group. There were statistical differences in total effective rate and curative rate between two groups (90.57% vs 70.59%, 67.92% vs 39.22%, P<0.05). There were statistical differences in total effective rate and curative rate of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine (94.34% vs 74.519%, 75.47% vs 45.10%, P<0.05). The improvement of symptoms and signs were superior in the treatment group to that of the control group (P<0.05). Fuganlin Liquid had faster antipyretic velocity and stronger antipyretic capability, and demonstrated longer temperature normalization（P<0.05）. Conclusion Fuganlin Liquid on children with acute upper respiratory infection shows fast and good effect with little side one, and it is worthy of application.
