【摘要】依據(jù)JCI評審標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求，結(jié)合目前臨床的實際情況，進(jìn)一步更新住院患兒保護(hù)性約束管理的理念，配合對醫(yī)護(hù)人員的培訓(xùn)及教育，提高規(guī)范約束的知曉率及執(zhí)行率，以確保患兒安全，提升護(hù)理服務(wù)質(zhì)量，更加深入地體現(xiàn)“以患者為中心”的護(hù)理服務(wù)理念。

【Abstract】 According to JCI accreditation standards, combining the actual clinical situation, to further update the concept of protective constraint management of hospitalized children, with the training and education for medical staffs, to improve the awareness of discipline to ensure the safety of hospitalized children, to improve the quality of nursing care service, and deeply reflect the concept of “patient is the center”.
