淺談醫(yī)院行政后勤崗位管理和績(jī)效考核
【摘要】醫(yī)院的行政后勤部門的管理和考核是醫(yī)院管理的一個(gè)難點(diǎn),需要建立精細(xì)化的管理模式。本文結(jié)合醫(yī)院管理咨詢的一些實(shí)踐,介紹了行政后勤部門的崗位管理與績(jī)效考核的方法,改變過(guò)去主觀考核、績(jī)效獎(jiǎng)金按醫(yī)療科室平均獎(jiǎng)金分配的做法。

【Abstract】The management and evaluation of administrative and logistics departments of hospital is a difficult problem, and it is necessary to set up a fine management mode. Based on the practice of hospital management consulting in our company, this paper introduces the methods of post management and performance appraisal in administrative and logistics departments, changing the old subjective assessment and practicing performance bonus according to the average bonus allocation of medical departments.
