專科特色中醫(yī)護(hù)理在綜合醫(yī)院的臨床應(yīng)用研究
[摘要] 目的 擴(kuò)大中醫(yī)護(hù)理在綜合醫(yī)院的應(yīng)用范圍,提高護(hù)士中醫(yī)護(hù)理技能和患者對中醫(yī)護(hù)理的認(rèn)可度。方法 選取2014年1月-2016年1月30個臨床護(hù)理單元100名護(hù)理人員及100名住院患者作為調(diào)查研究對象，將其隨機(jī)分成對照組和研究組，每組各50例，對照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理方法，研究組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理和專科特色中醫(yī)護(hù)理方法，兩組分別觀察護(hù)理人員對中醫(yī)護(hù)理基礎(chǔ)知識和專科中醫(yī)護(hù)理技能認(rèn)知程度，患者對中醫(yī)護(hù)理技術(shù)服務(wù)滿意度、中醫(yī)護(hù)理服務(wù)認(rèn)可度。結(jié)果 研究組護(hù)理人員對中醫(yī)知識認(rèn)知度提高10.0%，患者對中醫(yī)護(hù)理服務(wù)滿意度提高5.6 %，對中醫(yī)護(hù)理服務(wù)認(rèn)可度提高72%。（ p < 0.05 )。結(jié)論 在綜合醫(yī)院開展專科特色中醫(yī)護(hù)理，能夠有效提高護(hù)理人員中醫(yī)知識認(rèn)知程度，提高患者中醫(yī)護(hù)理服務(wù)滿意度，提高綜合醫(yī)院中醫(yī)診療率，值的在綜合醫(yī)院推廣應(yīng)用。

Study on the Clinical Application of Specialized Characteristic Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in General Hospital. Jin Qi, Gao Guizhu, Tianshui First People’s Hospital in Gansu Province, Tianshui741000, Gansu, China
[Abstract] Objective To expand the application range of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) nursing in general hospital, to improve nurses’skills and patients’ cognition of TCM nursing. Methods Totally 100 nurses and 100 patients randomly were divided into two groups in clinical units from Jan. 2014 to January 2016 as study object. Each group has 50 patients. Conventional nursing service was used in control group, while the patients in the experimental group received specialized TCM nursing, to observe respectively nurses’basic knowledge of TCM nursing and cognitive degree of TCM nursing skills, and patients’ satisfaction to TCM nursing skills and cognitive degree of TCM nursing service. Results In the experimental group, Nurses’cognitive degree of TCM knowledge increased by 10.0%, and patients’ satisfaction to TCM nursing service increased by 5.6%, and the approval of TCM nursing services increased by 72%.（p<0.05 ). Conclusion To carry out the specialized TCM nursing in general hospital can effectively improve nurses’ cognitive degree of TCM knowledge, and improve patients’ satisfaction to TCM nursing service, and improve the rate of TCM consultation and treatment in general hospital, which is valuable for further application in general hospital.
