【摘要】醫(yī)院文化是建設(shè)和諧醫(yī)院的關(guān)鍵要素，對改善醫(yī)患關(guān)系意義十分重大。醫(yī)院的管理者應(yīng)該把醫(yī)院的文化建設(shè)融合在日常的醫(yī)療工作之中，使醫(yī)院文化與醫(yī)學(xué)人文精神結(jié)合起來，不斷提高醫(yī)務(wù)工作者的人文關(guān)懷情感，重塑醫(yī)院形象，構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)。

【Abstract】Hospital culture is the essential element of building a harmonious hospital, it is very important to improve the relationship between doctors and patients.?Hospital managers should integrate hospital culture construction in the daily medical work, combine the hospital culture and the medical humanitic spirit, unceasingly enhancing humanitic concern emotion of medical workers, reshaping the hospital reputation and constructing?a harmonious society.
