血清AFP-L3在老年人肝癌雙介入治療中的臨床研究

【摘要】目的 研究AFP-L3、GP73及AFP在肝動(dòng)脈化療栓塞（TACE）聯(lián)合射頻消融（RFA）治療老年人肝癌（PHC）前后血清水平的變化。方法 42例PHC老年患者治療前均接受肝穿刺病理證實(shí)，在TACE聯(lián)合RFA（雙介入）治療前后檢測(cè)血清AFP、GP73 及AFP-L3的水平變化情況；結(jié)果 42例患者經(jīng)雙介入治療前后AFP、GP73及 AFP-L3水平進(jìn)一步下降，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P ＜ 0.01）。而其中雙介入的30例與RFA前比較，AFP-L3下降具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P ＜ 0.05）。結(jié)論 老年P(guān)HC經(jīng)雙介入治療后三種指標(biāo)進(jìn)一步下降，而血清AFP-L3下降與腫瘤的毀損程度呈正相關(guān)。

【Abstract】??Objective ?To study the changes of serum level of AFP-L3, GP73 and AFP before and after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with radiofrequency ablation (RFA) in the treatment of elderly patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC). Methods ?42 cases of elderly PHC patients diagnosed by liver puncture were selected and detection of the serum AFP, GP73, AFP - L3 level changes have been detected during RFA (double interventional therapy) with TACE before and after treatment. Results The level of AFP-L3 AFP and GP73 of 42?patients decreased further before and after interventional therapy, the differences were statistically significant (P?< 0.01). In 30 cases with double intervention, the decrease of AFP-L3 was statistically significant compared with that before RFA (P?< 0.05). ?Conclusions?The three indexes of the elderly patients with PHC were further decreased after double intervention, and the decrease of serum AFP-L3 was positively correlated with the degree of tumor damage.
