【摘要】文章將目標(biāo)管理的理念運(yùn)用到三級(jí)綜合醫(yī)院醫(yī)療指標(biāo)測(cè)算中，深入挖掘了影響醫(yī)療指標(biāo)測(cè)算的因素，通過(guò)概念操作化并建立指標(biāo)體系，構(gòu)建出基于指數(shù)平滑法的修正模型，應(yīng)用模型測(cè)算了某醫(yī)院2013年相關(guān)科室的平均住院日、出院人數(shù)、手術(shù)人次。該模型實(shí)現(xiàn)了醫(yī)院整體目標(biāo)與科室目標(biāo)的一致性，有效地規(guī)避了測(cè)算主觀化的問(wèn)題，并具有動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)的功能，可發(fā)揮正向激勵(lì)作用。

Medical Indexes Calculation For Tertiary General Hospitals In View Of Management By Objectives,LIU Qing,LIU Qing-guang,HU Shu-xiao，The First Affiliated Hospital, School of Medicine, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, Shaanxi 710061, China

【Abstract】 This article has applied the concept of management by objectives to medical indexes calculation of tertiary general hospitals, and explored the influencing factors of medical indexes calculation. By conceptualization, indexes system and correction model of smoothing exponential method can be established. On the basis of the model, medical indexes for related departments of some hospital in 2013 have been calculated. This model has realized that the department’s targets can coincide with the hospital’s targets, and subjective calculation has been avoided effectively.Moreover,it has the function of dynamic adjustment,which gives full play to the positive role of motivation.
