【摘要】天津醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬腫瘤醫(yī)院是一所集科研、醫(yī)療、教學(xué)為一體的大型腫瘤專科醫(yī)院，醫(yī)院所屬的腫瘤學(xué)科為教育部重點(diǎn)學(xué)科。為促進(jìn)學(xué)科建設(shè)，培養(yǎng)高層次的醫(yī)學(xué)人才，提高醫(yī)院核心競爭力，該院從1996年開始設(shè)立院內(nèi)科研資助，經(jīng)過幾年的發(fā)展，院內(nèi)科研資助已發(fā)展為三種類型的資助類別：院級(jí)科研種子基金、博士啟動(dòng)基金、引進(jìn)人才基金。

【Abstract】Tianjin Medical University Cancer Hospital is a specialty hospital combining scientific research, medical treatment, and clinical teaching,oncology in which is awarded the key discipline of Ministry of Education.To promote discipline construction,cultivate high-level medical personnel,improve the core competitiveness of the hospital,the hospital set up a hospital research funding program since 1996.After years of development,hospital research funding has been developed into three categories:hospital-level research seed funds,startup funds for Ph.D.,and funds for imported talent.
