【摘要】醫(yī)院工會既是黨聯(lián)系教職工群眾的橋梁和紐帶，也是教職工和群眾利益的代表。目前，醫(yī)院工會在面臨著自身經(jīng)費受限、院內(nèi)外各種矛盾交織、職工思想復(fù)雜等困難與問題情況下，更要維護好教職工合法權(quán)益、促進勞動關(guān)系和諧與教職工隊伍穩(wěn)定、完善和創(chuàng)新高校民主制度、把教職工的民主權(quán)利落到實處。

【Abstract】 Trade union in hospitals serves as a bridge between the management and the staff,and also represents the interests of the staff. Meanwhile,there is an increase in distrust in and dissatisfaction with the society,hospital and system.Therefore the trade union should protect the legal rights of the faculty,enhance the harmonious relationship between the management and the staff despite various problems and difficulties.
