【摘要】細胞融合，是生物體在發(fā)展和達到動態(tài)平衡過程中產(chǎn)生的。而腫瘤的發(fā)展是一個多步驟的復雜過程，從腫瘤的發(fā)生及生長，到腫瘤發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)移，這些過程都與細胞融合關系密切。腫瘤的轉(zhuǎn)移過程也非常復雜，原發(fā)腫瘤的生長導致腫瘤血管生成，從而提供給腫瘤細胞侵入循環(huán)的途徑，腫瘤細胞在血液循環(huán)中繼續(xù)生存，接著滲出血管到周圍組織，然后轉(zhuǎn)移到新的器官，在靶器官中生存、定居、增殖，從而實現(xiàn)腫瘤的轉(zhuǎn)移。本文主要從腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移的過程入手，初步探究細胞融合在這個過程中所發(fā)揮的作用，從而為腫瘤治療的研究提供新的目標。

【Abstract】Cell fusion is produced by the organisms in the process of development and a dynamic equilibrium.Tumor development is the complexity of a multi-step process,from the occurrence and growth of the tumor,to the tumor metastasis,these processes are closely related with cell fusion.Tumor metastasis process is very complex,Primary tumor growth leading to tumor angiogenesis,thus providing a way for tumor cells enter into the circulation, tumor cells continue to survive in the blood circulation,followed by extravasation into the surrounding tissue, and then transferred to the new organ to survive in the new organ and settle proliferation,in order to achieve the transfer of the tumor.In this paper,we starting from the process of tumor metastasis,initially to explore the role of cell fusion in this process,and thus provide new targets for cancer therapy research.
