【摘要】隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展、人口老齡化的加劇，腦卒中已成為威脅人類健康的主要疾患之一。準(zhǔn)確識(shí)別高危人群、根據(jù)危險(xiǎn)分層早期采取干預(yù)措施可有效預(yù)防腦卒中的發(fā)生。卒中發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估量表對(duì)卒中的發(fā)生具有有效、可行的預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值。現(xiàn)對(duì)腦卒中發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法進(jìn)行綜述，以期為卒中高危人群的有效篩查提供參考。

    【Abstract】With the rapid development of the economy and the intensification of an aging population,stroke has become one of the major diseases threatening human health.Predictive scales for the current of stroke are important tools for the high risk groups base on the risk of future cerebrovascular events and for selecting effective prevention therapy.Many scales have been validated in the large cohort of high risk groups to predict stroke effectively and valuably.This article reviews major stroke risk predictive scales in order to provide reference for the effective screening of the cases.
