老年糖尿病患者便秘發(fā)生情況及其影響因素分析

【摘要】目的 探討糖尿病患者便秘發(fā)生情況及其相關(guān)因素，以便有針對(duì)性地實(shí)施護(hù)理干預(yù)，預(yù)防糖尿病患者便秘的發(fā)生。方法 采用調(diào)查表對(duì)某醫(yī)院糖尿病科2013年1月至2013年12月120例住院患者進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查，評(píng)估其便秘發(fā)生情況及程度，針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題采取相應(yīng)的干預(yù)措施。結(jié)果 經(jīng)過(guò)4周的護(hù)理干預(yù),干預(yù)組患者便秘總有效率為96.7% ,對(duì)照組總有效率為28.3% ,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.01)。結(jié)論 對(duì)糖尿病患者實(shí)施護(hù)理干預(yù),可促進(jìn)便秘的恢復(fù),提高患者日常生活能力。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the incidence and related factors of constipation in diabetics, in order to implement targeted nursing interventions to prevent constipation in those patients. Methods One hundred twenty cases of hospitalized patients in diabetic department from January 2013 to December 2013 were investigated by the questionnaire. The incidence and degree of constipation were evaluated, and appropriate interventions for the existing problems were taken. Results After 4 weeks of nursing intervention, total effective rate of intervention group was 96.7%, while the control group was 28.3%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention for diabetics can help them recover from constipation, and  improve the quality of daily living of patients.
