蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)在肝損傷研究中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展

【摘要】肝損傷的原因是多樣的,包括:藥源性肝損傷、酒精性肝損傷、四氯化碳(CCl4)肝損傷等,其鑒定較為復(fù)雜。蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)從蛋白質(zhì)分子水平進(jìn)行判定這一特性,對(duì)于不同類型的肝損傷可以很好的進(jìn)行鑒定,并且可以提供藥物靶向治療依據(jù)。因此,蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)在肝損傷診斷治療領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)有了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用。本文綜述了蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)的學(xué)科特點(diǎn)以及在肝損傷診療中的結(jié)合和應(yīng)用,并對(duì)其發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行展望。

【Abstract】The causes of liver injury were various, including drug, alcohol, carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) and other factors. It is much complicated to identify. Proteomics can identify the type of liver injury according to protein molecule and supply drug targeting treatment scheme. Therefore, it has been applied in liver injury diagnosis and treatment extensively and positively. The paper reviews the features of proteomics and its combined application in diagnosis of liver injury, and prospects its development.
