先天性膽管囊腫的診療現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】先天性膽管囊腫又稱先天性膽管擴(kuò)張，是先天膽管發(fā)育異常導(dǎo)致的外科疾病，肝內(nèi)外膽道均可累及。隨著認(rèn)識(shí)的加深及影像學(xué)技術(shù)、手術(shù)技巧的改進(jìn)，該病的治療成功率及治療效果都有了顯著的提升，但其發(fā)病機(jī)制、臨床分型、診療等方面仍存在較多爭(zhēng)議，而如何防治先天性膽管囊腫癌變和再手術(shù)也是近年來(lái)研究的重點(diǎn)。本文對(duì)近些年關(guān)于本病的文獻(xiàn)做一綜述。

【Abstract】Congenital bile duct cysts, also known as congenital bile duct expansion, as a result of congenital bile duct dysplasia surgical disease, bile duct of liver inside and outside can be affected. With the deepening of the technology and the improvement of surgical techniques, the disease treatment success and ascension has a significant effect, but the pathogenesis, clinical classification, diagnosis and treatment etc. Has more controversial,in recent years ,how to prevention and treatment of congenital bile duct cysts canceration and reoperation is also the focus of the research. This paper will have a review for this disease.
