胃腸腫瘤患者外周血PCDH17mRNA定量檢測的臨床意義

【摘要】目的 分析原鈣黏素17（PCDH17）mRNA在胃腸腫瘤患者外周血中表達(dá)的臨床價值。方法 對48例胃腸腫瘤患者分別采用熒光定量PCR方法檢測其外周血原鈣黏素17（PCDH17）mRNA，采用免疫組化方法檢測其腫瘤組織的PCDH17蛋白。結(jié)果 胃腸組織中PCDH17蛋白陽性表達(dá)率為58.57%，外周血原鈣黏素17陽性率為61.81%。治療前外周血原鈣黏素17RNA、治療前、后PCDH17mRNA含量差值的含量在不同性別、年齡、治療組及病理類型間差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。然而在有無淋巴結(jié)、遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移及最大腫瘤患者直徑組差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。治療前、后PCDH17mRNA含量差異的不同療效無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 胃腸腫瘤患者外周血PCDH17mRNA監(jiān)測可以代替瘤組織PCDH17蛋白的監(jiān)測。

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the clinical value of PCDH17mRNA expression in peripheral blood of patients with gastrointestinal tumor. Methods 48 cases of gastrointestinal cancer patients respectively receiving fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to detect peripheral blood PCDH17mRNA of, using immunohistochemical method to detect the PCDH17 protein in tumor tissue. Results In gastrointestinal tissues PCDH17 protein positive expression rate was 58.57%. Positive rate of PCDH17 in peripheral blood was 61.81%. Before and after treatment, PCDH17mRNA content difference in different genders, ages, groups and pathological patterns had no statistical significance. While in groups with or without lymphonodus, distant metastasis and maximum diameter of tumor patients group, the difference had statistical significance. Before and after treatment, PCDH17mRNA content difference in treatment effect group had no statistical significance. Conclusion Tumor tissue protein PCDH17 detection can be replaced by peripheral blood PCDH17mRNA detection.
