氨溴特羅口服液聯(lián)合酮替芬與小劑量氨茶堿治療咳嗽變異性哮喘56例

【摘要】目的 觀察氨溴特羅口服液聯(lián)合酮替芬與小劑量氨茶堿治療咳嗽變異性哮喘的臨床效果。方法 選擇120例咳嗽變異性哮喘隨機分為治療組（60例）和對照組（60例）。兩組均給予酮替芬與氨茶堿，治療組加用氨溴特羅口服液，對照組加用舒喘靈，療程2～6w。結(jié)果 治療組脫落4例，對照組脫落6例。治療2w和4w后，兩組臨床癥狀改善情況比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）；隨訪6個月復(fù)發(fā)率治療組7.14%，對照組22.22%（P＜0.05）；均未發(fā)現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論  氨溴特羅口服液聯(lián)合酮替芬與小劑量氨茶堿治療咳嗽變異性哮喘療效顯著，快速安全，具有較高的臨床應(yīng)用價值。

Clinical Observation of Treatment by Ambroxol and Clenbuterol Oral Solutions Combined Low Dose Aminophylline in 56 Cases of Cough Variant Asthma, Wu Qifu, Teng Zhaoxia. The Material and Children Health Hospital, Huaying ,Sichuan 638600,China 

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of treatment by ambroxol and clenbuterol oral solutions combined low dose aminophylline for cough variant asthma. Methods 120 patients with cough variant asthma were divided into treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases).Both groups were treated with ketotifen and low dose aminophylline, the treatment group used ambroxol and clenbuterol oral solutions and salbutamol was used in control group, for 2 to 6 weeks. Result Except 4 patients in the treatment group and 6 in the control group vain, after treatment of 2 weeks and 4 weeks, the differences of improvement in two groups had statistically significance (P<0.05).Follow-up after 6 months, recurrence rate of the treatment group was 7.14%, and the control group was 22.22%,P<0.05.There was no adverse effect observed in two groups. Conclusion Treatment by ambroxol and clenbuterol oral solutions combined low dose aminophylline for cough variant asthma is effective, fast and safe, with high clinical application values.
