PDCA在醫(yī)院歷史文化搜集工作中的應(yīng)用

   【摘要】 作者應(yīng)用PDCA循環(huán)理論, 用近四年的時(shí)間，組織參與了醫(yī)院歷史文化資料的搜集工作，用文字記錄下了醫(yī)院老一輩人的精神風(fēng)貌。這些寶貴的資料文字將成為醫(yī)院培育青年一代的最好的歷史文獻(xiàn)。在挖掘醫(yī)院歷史文化過程中，不斷改進(jìn)存在的問題，確保了本項(xiàng)工作的成效，為醫(yī)院文化建設(shè)奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

【Abstract】 The authors have spent nearly four years using the PDCA method （Deming Cycle）in collecting the hospital’s historical and cultural materials, and recording an oral history of motivational stories from older generations. These precious materials will be the best historical document for the cultivation of young people in the hospital. During the process of uncovering the history and culture, existing problems have been constantly improved, which guaranteed the efficiency of the task and laid the foundation for the cultural development in the hospital.
