基因組學(xué)在肝損傷治療中的應(yīng)用研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】肝損傷性疾病是臨床亟待解決的難題，隨著基因組學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展成熟，各種基因工程產(chǎn)品被應(yīng)用到肝損傷的治療中，由于其高效、特異、可操作性強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，展示出了巨大的潛力，本文就目前基因組學(xué)在肝損傷治療中的應(yīng)用研究進(jìn)展作一綜述，為進(jìn)一步的開發(fā)利用奠定基礎(chǔ)。

【Abstract】Liver damage is a challenge in clinical medicine and with the rapid development of genomic technology, various products of genetic engineering have been used in the treatment of liver damage. Because of the high efficiency, high specificity and easy operation, it has showed great potential. We summarize the current application of genomics in liver damage treatment to lay a foundation for further utilization.
