膿毒癥與血糖異常研究進展

    【摘要】膿毒癥的發(fā)病率高、致死率高及治療費用高昂，是急危重癥治療的難點與熱點之一，臨床上不難發(fā)現(xiàn)，膿毒癥患者極易合并血糖異常，血糖異常患者患者也極易合并感染，最后繼發(fā)膿毒癥，兩者之間關系密切，而糖尿病合并膿毒癥治療上也更為困難，因此作者綜述近年來有關膿毒癥與血糖異常之間的基礎與臨床研究，以使讀者對兩者關系有一定認識，為臨床診治該病提供一定的思路。

   【Abstract】 With high incidence, mortality and medical expense, sepsis is one of most severe and problematic in the field of emergency and critical care medicine. In a clinical view, a patient with sepsis usually presents with an abnormal blood glucose level, while ones who have pathoglycemia are easily infected and develop sepsis. Sepsis and pathoglycemia have a close correlation. It is more difficult to treat when the two conditions are combined together. The authors review the recent fundamental and clinical evidence of sepsis and pathoglycemia, to help readers understand the correlation between the two conditions and provide enlightenment on their treatment.
