3D腹腔鏡在普外科應(yīng)用進展

    【摘要】1987年，腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)的實施開啟了微創(chuàng)外科新紀元。近年來，隨著科技的發(fā)展與設(shè)備的改進，3D 腹腔鏡已在普外科手術(shù)領(lǐng)域中推廣普及。3D腹腔鏡能提供三維立體感知，可實現(xiàn)精確操作，降低手術(shù)難度。本文就3D腹腔鏡系統(tǒng)在普通外科手術(shù)中的具體運用，分析3D腹腔鏡系統(tǒng)對比傳統(tǒng)腔鏡技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢，及當(dāng)前普通外科應(yīng)用的情況做一綜述。

    【Abstract】From 1987，a new epoch of modern surgery was coming with the development of laparoscopic cholecystectomy．In recent years，with the development of technology and improvement of equipment, 3D laparoscopy has been widely used in general surgery. 3D laparoscopy provides three-dimensional perception and precise operation, to simplify the difficult surgeries. This paper reviewed the applications of 3-dimensional system in general surgery and analyzed the technical advantages of this system, compared with conventional laparoscopic surgery.
