衛(wèi)生人才培養(yǎng)中的哲學精神

【摘要】針對我國衛(wèi)生人才培養(yǎng)過程中出現(xiàn)的醫(yī)學生傳統(tǒng)人文知識缺乏、人文理念淡薄、就業(yè)與執(zhí)業(yè)功利心過重等影響衛(wèi)生事業(yè)良性發(fā)展的思想觀念問題,本文分析了我國衛(wèi)生人才培養(yǎng)中的價值觀偏失的情況,以老子哲學為道德準則,從衛(wèi)生人員的執(zhí)業(yè)底線、執(zhí)業(yè)理念、待人理念、發(fā)展理念和生活與工作態(tài)度五個方面擇取有益于衛(wèi)生人才培養(yǎng)的老子哲學精華,為高等醫(yī)學院校的傳統(tǒng)人文教育提供了有意義的參考。

【Abstract】In order to solve the problems that deficiency of traditional cultural knowledge of medical students, lack of humanistic concepts, severe self-interest orientation of getting and holding a job in our country’s health personnel training, this paper analyzes the deviation and shortage of values in our health personnel’s training. Taking Lao Tzu philosophy as an example, it picks up good philosophy essences of Lao Tzu philosophy from the aspects of health personnel's bottom line of practice, concept of practice, concept of treating people, concept of development and life and work attitudes, then provides a meaningful reference for the traditional humanistic education of medical universities and colleges.
