醫(yī)院職工對(duì)醫(yī)院文化認(rèn)知現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研報(bào)告

【摘要】 認(rèn)知情況是衡量醫(yī)院開展醫(yī)院文化建設(shè)的一項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo)。本文采用定量研究方法對(duì)某三甲綜合性醫(yī)院300名職工進(jìn)行匿名問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談，通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，較科學(xué)客觀地評(píng)價(jià)了該院醫(yī)院文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀，為今后醫(yī)院文化的建設(shè)和發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。

【Abstract】Cognitive situation is an important way to measure the situation of hospital cultural construction. This paper adopts quantitative research method to investigate and interview 300 employees in a first-class hospital by questionnaire. Through the statistical analysis, it scientifically and objectively evaluates the current situation of this hospital culture construction. It provides the theoretical basis and practical significance for the future construction and development.
