[摘要]目的 對比分析規(guī)范化實習(xí)帶教對培養(yǎng)合格護(hù)生的作用。方法 2009年度實習(xí)護(hù)生采取常規(guī)的臨床帶教方法，2010年度實習(xí)護(hù)生采取規(guī)范化實習(xí)管理，對比分析兩組實習(xí)護(hù)生滿意度、實習(xí)護(hù)生對教學(xué)質(zhì)量的評價、實習(xí)護(hù)生出科考試成績、實習(xí)護(hù)生護(hù)士資格證考試通過率以及實習(xí)護(hù)生實習(xí)期間違紀(jì)率。結(jié)果 規(guī)范化實習(xí)管理前后，實習(xí)護(hù)生各項指標(biāo)均有顯著差異（p〈 0.05）。結(jié)論 規(guī)范化實習(xí)管理對培養(yǎng)合格的實習(xí)護(hù)生起著重要作用。

Comparative Research of a Standardized Management System of Clinical Nursing Practice. Luo Xiao, Department of Nursing, Fuling Central Hospital, Chongqing, China

     [Abstract] Objective To study the function of the standardized management system of clinical nursing practice to train qualified nurses. Method In 2009, the control group was taught by conventional clinical method. In 2010, on the experimental group researchers carried out the standardized management of clinical nursing practice. The researchers comparatively researched objects’ satisfaction and effect evaluation, exam results, pass rate of the nurse qualification certificate and the defaulter rate. Result All the targets were higher than the control group(P ＜0.05) .Conclusion Implementation of the standardized management system for clinical nursing practice is very important to provide the references for the training of qualified nurses.
