DVT預(yù)防護(hù)理存在的問題調(diào)查及對策

【摘要】目的?通過調(diào)查外科護(hù)士對DVT預(yù)防護(hù)理存在的問題并提出相應(yīng)的對策，以提高外科護(hù)士在DVT預(yù)防護(hù)理方面的水平。方法?采用自設(shè)DVT預(yù)防護(hù)理調(diào)查表對本院外科共36名護(hù)士進(jìn)行調(diào)查DVT預(yù)防護(hù)理存在的問題，針對DVT預(yù)防護(hù)理存在的問題提出并實(shí)施相應(yīng)的對策。結(jié)果 針對DVT預(yù)防護(hù)理存在問題的調(diào)查情況，制定并實(shí)施了一些列對策后，護(hù)士在DVT相關(guān)知識、患者教育、基本預(yù)防措施的各項(xiàng)均分均有了提高，P均<0.05，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 調(diào)查DVT預(yù)防護(hù)理存在的問題，并提出相應(yīng)的對策以降低外科患者并發(fā)DVT具有深遠(yuǎn)意義。

? ? ? ? ? ?【Abstract】?Objective?To investigate the problems of DVT preventive nursing in surgical nurses and to put forward corresponding countermeasures in order to improve the level of surgical nurses in the prevention and nursing of DVT. Methods?A self-designed DVT preventive nursing questionnaire was used to investigate 36 nurses in our hospital. The problems of DVT preventive nursing were investigated, and corresponding countermeasures were put forward for the problems existing in DVT preventive nursing. Result?According to the investigation of the problems existing in the prevention and nursing of DVT, after the formulation and implementation of some countermeasures, the average scores of DVT related knowledge, patient education and basic preventive measures were improved, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion?It is of profound significance to investigate the problems of DVT prevention and nursing, and to put forward corresponding countermeasures in order to reduce the complication of surgical patients with DVT.
