每日透析的臨床應(yīng)用進展

【摘要】透析的劑量和頻度的選擇一直是腎臟病學(xué)者所關(guān)注的熱點話題，近年來，一種更佳生理性的透析模式－每日透析即短時高效每日透析和長時低效夜間透析逐漸引起人們的興趣。本文就每日透析透析良好的清除能力，對心血管系統(tǒng)、營養(yǎng)代謝等的影響以及目前臨床應(yīng)用所面臨的問題進行綜述。

【Abstract】?Hemodialysis dose and frequency has always been the hot topic of nephrologist, In recent years, an approximate physiological dialysis model, daily hemodialysis, short-hours high-efficiency daily hemodialysis and long-hours slow flow nocturnal hemodialysis, which gradually aroused people's interest. In this paper, the advantages of daily dialysis were reviewed on the clearance ability, efficacy on nutrient metabolism and?the effects on the cardiovascular system, as well as the shortage of daily dialysis were summarized.
