主診醫(yī)師負(fù)責(zé)制模式下的科主任查房管理探討
【摘要】主診醫(yī)師負(fù)責(zé)制優(yōu)化了傳統(tǒng)的科主任領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下三級醫(yī)師負(fù)責(zé)制的醫(yī)療服務(wù)模式,有利于調(diào)動各級醫(yī)務(wù)人員的積極性,密切了醫(yī)患關(guān)系,帶動了醫(yī)院整體效益的提高,同時,其弊端也在一定程度上影響了醫(yī)院的整體發(fā)展。文章通過總結(jié)主診醫(yī)師負(fù)責(zé)制實(shí)踐的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和不足,提出科主任查房管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以期有效加強(qiáng)科主任管理,準(zhǔn)確把握主診醫(yī)師負(fù)責(zé)制的正確發(fā)展方向,進(jìn)而提升醫(yī)院的核心競爭力。

【Abstract】The attending physician responsibility system optimizes the traditional mode which is the three levels physicians medical service mode\under the leadership of department director, and helps to mobilize the enthusiasm of the medical staff at all levels, to close doctor-patient relationship and led the improvement of hospital's overall efficiency, while it also has shortcoming could affect the hospital's overall development. This article discusses the strengths and weaknesses of attending physician responsibility system and proposed management standards of rounds under the lead of department director, to the accurately grasp the correct direction of development of the attending physician responsibility system, and thus enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital.
