重構(gòu)醫(yī)院科學(xué)發(fā)展模式的實踐與體會
【摘要】在深化醫(yī)改背景下，醫(yī)院以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo)思想，通過轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式，深挖內(nèi)部潛力，提高運行效率，完善績效考核和分配激勵機制，加強團隊建設(shè)等舉措，不斷增強醫(yī)院核心競爭力，促進醫(yī)院可持續(xù)發(fā)展。2012年是深化醫(yī)改承上啟下的關(guān)鍵之年，改革進入深水區(qū)和攻堅期，隨著各項“醫(yī)改”配套政策的陸續(xù)出臺，對公立醫(yī)院的運行產(chǎn)生了更加深遠的影響。面對醫(yī)改帶來的各種挑戰(zhàn)，新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬腫瘤醫(yī)院以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀作為指導(dǎo)思想，進行了大量有益探索，將挑戰(zhàn)轉(zhuǎn)化為發(fā)展機遇，依靠改革實現(xiàn)醫(yī)院跨越式發(fā)展，依靠機制創(chuàng)新解決醫(yī)院發(fā)展難題，各項舉措成效顯著。

【Abstract】 In the context of deepening medical reform,with concept of scientific development as the guiding ideology,such measures as transformation of the mode of development,improvement of operational efficiency,perfection of performance appraisal and incentive mechanism of allocation were taken to enhance the core competitiveness of hospitals for their sustainable development. Health reform has come into the crucial period in 2012 when various policies are implemented to have a profound influence on the operation of public hospitals. Hospitals should convert challenges into opportunities,make use of reform and mechanism innovation to realize its great-leap-forward development.
