關(guān)于大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院工會(huì)建設(shè)的思考
【摘要】醫(yī)院工會(huì)既是黨聯(lián)系教職工群眾的橋梁和紐帶，也是教職工和群眾利益的代表。目前，醫(yī)院工會(huì)在面臨著自身經(jīng)費(fèi)受限、院內(nèi)外各種矛盾交織、職工思想復(fù)雜等困難與問(wèn)題情況下，更要維護(hù)好教職工合法權(quán)益、促進(jìn)勞動(dòng)關(guān)系和諧與教職工隊(duì)伍穩(wěn)定、完善和創(chuàng)新高校民主制度、把教職工的民主權(quán)利落到實(shí)處。

【Abstract】 Trade union in hospitals serves as a bridge between the management and the staff,and also represents the interests of the staff. Meanwhile,there is an increase in distrust in and dissatisfaction with the society,hospital and system.Therefore the trade union should protect the legal rights of the faculty,enhance the harmonious relationship between the management and the staff despite various problems and difficulties.
