管窺英國護(hù)理教育

【摘要】護(hù)士應(yīng)該有獨(dú)立和創(chuàng)新能力,同時(shí),能夠擁有高水平的判斷與決策能力;可以評估護(hù)理安全;可以在多學(xué)科治療的團(tuán)隊(duì)中能夠提供促進(jìn)臨床護(hù)理的服務(wù)。目前,英國的這種護(hù)理教學(xué)方法收效良好,護(hù)理人員很大程度上都做好了充分的準(zhǔn)備工作,來面對護(hù)理需求。中國護(hù)理教育在面對病人的需求中,面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。本篇文章以英國護(hù)理教育為基礎(chǔ),以在倫敦南岸大學(xué)護(hù)理學(xué)本科教育為例,介紹英國在護(hù)理領(lǐng)域的課程設(shè)置及教育理念,希望通過這篇文章,對國內(nèi)護(hù)理管理及教育提供一些啟示。

Discussion on UK nursing Education, Zhang Min, Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, UK
【Abstract】 The nurses in the UK are expected to be independent and innovative and have high level of professional judgment and decision-making to assess and apply evidence-based care safely; They are able to provide leadership among multi-disciplinary teams in promoting clinical services for patients. The current approach of nursing education in the UK has served well, with nurses largely being seen as well prepared to meet current service needs when they are qualified. Nursing education in China has encountered challenges to meet patients’ requirements. This article is based on nursing education in the UK, taking a nursing degree course in London South Bank University as an example, illustrated the course structure, the way the courses being delivered and assessed. The writer hopes the article can be beneficial to its readers to improve nursing care across the country.
