STEP6：Travel Information（主申請(qǐng)，旅行計(jì)劃，資金擔(dān)保人等）
STEP7：Travel Companions Information（是否有同行者）
STEP8：Previous US Travel Information（以前赴美記錄，拒簽記錄）
STEP9：US Point of Contact Information（美國主要聯(lián)系信息）
STEP10：Family Information：Relatives（家庭信息中的親戚相關(guān)）
